Insurance and Fees
I accept the following insurance plans/payment:
- BlueCross BlueShield (PPO)
- Out of Pocket
Other Insurance/Out of Network:
- I provide monthly super-bills so you may submit them to your insurance for possible reimbursement for your out of pocket payment. Please contact your insurance before hand to know your benefit eligibility (fee adjustment can apply to your out of pocket fee if you qualify).
No Insurance:
- If you don’t have insurance, no worries, I offer fee adjustments based on your financial need.
Session Fees:
- Fee Adjustment: Based on financial need (contact me for more info)
- Intake (initial session): $150/hr
- Individual: $130/hr
- Couples/Family: $150/hr
- LPC/LCPC Supervision: $90/hr Individual or $35/hr group (3 people minimum)
Other Fees:
- Consulting/ Speaking Engagement: Varies (please contact me for quotes as group size and duration are quote factors).
